AUSTIN RADIO ROUNDUP SWAPFEST

Come join us for the 6th Annual Austin Radio Roundup Dinner Banquet and Swapfest!  The Swapfest will be held at a new location and date this year, the Sons of Hermann Mixed Lodge #120, on Decker Lake Road in Austin, Texas.  The event will be held on Friday December 7th and Saturday December 8th.

Friday Night Banquet and Christmas Party (December 7th)  The AARC Christmas Party will be held at the Hall Friday night.  Doors open early to allow Commercial Vendors to set up before the Christmas Party!

  • Social hour from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
  • Dinner from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
  • Catered dinner and music.
  • Ham Themed Table top decorating contest.
  • QLF – Send code with left foot contest.
  • Casino Night fun – Win raffle tickets for Saturday Swapfest.
  • Silent Auction.
  • Dinner tickets only $10 per person.
  • Advance registration gets you 5 raffle tickets for Swapfest.

  • Saturday Radio Round Up Swapfest (Saturday December 8th).
  • Entrance Fee $2.00 per person (Comes with 1 raffle ticket).
  • Doors open at 8:00 AM and runs until 1:00 PM.
  • Table only $15 (Electricity, first come, first served).
  • Tailgating available - $5 per space.
  • VE Testing on site.

Note: The AARC is kicking off funding for the event with a raffle for a ICOM IC-7000 HF-UHF compact allmode tranceiver!  Only 250 tickets will be sold.
